Dapper Dinos |
A blog dedicated to dinosaurs dressing in finery. |
Struthiomimus were a rather strange and gangly species of dinosaur. Here, we see a specimen showing off his new bowtie. The young fellow seems rather pleased with himself, doesn’t he? No one has the heart to tell the gentleman that he’s wearing it wrong!
Another wonderful submission! Keep them coming, lovely followers~
dapper dino jesse balmesaurus—all around cool dude and amazing artist! :)
Scientists show here the latest 3-d modeling of what they believe the very dapper-est of velociraptors looked like. ((really, though, this is simply a splendid outfit!))
Lord almighty, wondrous followers! Is this where you all came from?
The article in case is here, if you’re so inclined to read it. Mostly it just summarizes the wonderful blog here, but publicity of any sort is always pleasant!
Lovely submission of a lovely dinosaur. Splendid!
For my wedding in 2010, my husband and I had a pair of wedding dinos as our pie toppers (we had wedding pie, not cake). The bride is a velociraptor and the groom is a t-rex wearing a top hat. I made their accessories and glued on their googley eyes.
A wondrous wedding! Congrats to the lovely dapper couple.
Brontosaurus don’t take no crap.
Not only does the wonderful brontosaurus refuse to take any ‘crap,’ the great beast was wonderfully festooned with a quite dapper top hat. A lovely submission!
This video interview with an elegant, monocle-wearing velociraptor seems relevant to your interests.
I say, how dapper. Quite a welcome submission to our blog!
I don’t know if this is quite to your standards, but I saw your Tumblr and immediately thought of this photo I took a couple of years ago. It is the lowly Tyrannosaurus Rex making a mockery of dinosaurs of good breeding by wearing their finery.
P.S. This site is made of win.
The Lord Baryonyx tries out his ‘hand’ at some poetry.
Shakespeare wasn’t around back then
The lovely lady Kritosaurus, ready for a night of dapper finery. Cheers!
